About Me

 I love doing massage and after 28 years I still like it every day, how can I help you feel better?  I like the puzzle that we are and the process of figuring out how I can help best.

If you are looking for a therapist to work deeper than your current therapist, then I am your guy. That isn't all I do, but that is where I usually begin. If you are in pain then I want to help you get less pain or out of pain completely. Working with you before you go get surgery for some pain that might be reduced or improved with massage. I look at you as a whole and try to help with change. How do you feel now? How do you want to feel? Let's see how I can get you from one to the other. My sports background and technique will exceed your expectations, 28 years experience and learning all the time to help you more.




If you have had pain for a long time or just a short time, I will do my best to help. I believe one massage for every month you have been in pain is a good starting point. and if you aren't in pain, lets keep you that way.




My goal is to take all the information you give me and all of the knowledge I have and put it together to help you to improve and give you a great experience. It may not be what you are used to, but I feel it will be very effective for you.




Massage with a purpose, do you want less pain or to train for a marathon or beyond, do you want to bench your body weight or do you just want to be able to play more with your child or grandchild? I can help.




You never know where I will be or who I could be working on, from professional athletes or someone like me that is active but but not winning any races, I can help.



I use my wide knowledge and the information that you supply to give you the best treatment and relaxation that you need. I love the puzzle solving and the combination of your anatomy and your past and how they shape how you are today.



I am constantly looking for ways to improve your customer experience. I am always taking classes, reading books and teaching classes to improve your overall experience. I go to many events and places to work on people in all different activities and places to help improve my knowledge of the body.



We are available outside of our normal business hours to serve you better.



I work with all ages, My kids did track and wrestling, but I have experience with all types of activities or even inactivity, could be what you need pain relief from.



I have been a life long athlete, having competed in cross country, track and wrestling throughout school and beyond, as well as volleyball, soccer, baseball and running events from 400 m to a 100 miler. In track I threw disc and javelin, I ran hurdles and steeple chase, as well as 1 and 2 miles. I have played tennis and racquetball and I will say golf, but I am not good at it, and bowling. I have also done line dancing and swing dancing as a student and a teacher. I love to hike with my daughters and seeing them compete is very fun and also helps to keep me learning by seeing things with fresh eyes. Watching kids run and throw and then seeing professionals do the same thing keeps me always questioning movement and pain.




I also trained my mother at 59 to run a marathon and she had never run before or really since, but in 9 months I got her from doing life, to starting training she ran a marathon and used massage to keep her injury free.

I have been doing this event and many others for almost twenty years. this event has taught me a lot about riding and I rode at least a day and sometimes up to three days, in the last ten+ years, my longest ride being 86 miles. So I have learned what chip seal is and what it feels like to ride on it.

IronMan 2017

My first time being at the finish line and hearing the announcer saying you are an Iron man in person was really amazing, definitely different than watching on tv.  and feeling the heat and the wind, had been up to see and hear the cannon that morning. so incredible.

Track and Field Olympic Trials 2016

I have worked at the Olympic trials for track and field, swimming and diving and triathlon.
Another event working with other great therapists.  Events also help me see what other classes I might want to take to increase my knowledge more.
